Since 1948, the Ottavi cheese dairy in Haute-Corse has been perpetuating the family tradition of cheese-making. Attached to its traditions, it produces authentic cheeses that reflect its terroir. Today, the third generation combines its heritage with a commitment to the environment, limiting its impact and sharing its craft through visits and tastings.

Opening hours :
the cheese shop is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12.30pm and 3pm to 6pm.
