"The aim of this two-day wood and forestry fair is to promote and highlight the different activities in the timber and forestry industries through professional demonstrations, lumberjack competitions, and ""scucadori"". Craftsmen from around the island also display their considerable expertise at this event. One of the unique aspects of this event is that is held on two different sites: one in the village, the other in a forest at Padula, with the two venues linked by a tourist road train. Other activities at the fair include entertainment, educational (fauna and flora) and sports events (archery, pony rides, clay-pigeon shooting), and musical evenings. "
