The group was formed in 1978 by Antonu Marielli, the brothers Cristianu and Ghjuvan Ghjacumu Andreani and Ghjuvan Francescu Sicurani . After splitting up, the group reformed in 1993 under the leadership of Antonu Marielli with new singers and musicians. Diana di L'Alba's various albums are collections of songs and melodies where rhythms and poetic backgrounds combine to the delight of listeners who discover texts by ancient or modern authors, but also essentially beyond a play of harmonious polysemy: the depth of the Corsican soul.
