The Church of the Annunziata: in 1589 it had already become the seat of the Piedmontese of Castello. Monsignor Mascardi in 1589, during the census of the island's churches, shows that it is a Romanesque building, with a marble altar and a primitive Italian painting representing Cain killing Abel. It belonged to the collection of Cardinal Fesch. The church is now in the classical style, but the facade has some Baroque features, and the side portal has two imperial eagles.
