Departure point: Take the RD69 road leading to the Verde Pass and about 300m after the municipal washhouse, take the cemetery road on the left and proceed to the car park of the U Valdo campsite.

For the first kilometre, the descent is through a shady undergrowth of holm oaks, secular pines and alders. On reaching the fork, follow the Fium'Orbu river for 1km, then enter the clearing with two fords.

The way up takes us to the old village of Cavu. Once past the few houses, ancient terraced gardens come into view.

Join the road to Cavu by climbing through the alders. After about twenty metres on the tarmac road, take the path on the right in the middle of the traditional houses, at the level of the two stone and wood buildings. for the return to the campsite).

Go up to the RD69, the path is opposite, visible about a hundred metres above the road. From the Fussò (the 19th century irrigation canal), follow the shaded path for 1km, then go back down the path until you reach the entrance of the village on Col de Sorba side.
