From the Kamiesh bridge (on the north bank of the Sulinzara), the path climbs steadily up to the village of Sulaghju, through the scrubland and then the pinewoods.
The route allows you to discover the importance of human occupation over the centuries: hamlets, ovens and ruins of ancient sheepfolds
are scattered along the way.
